Researchers—economists, sociologists, demographers—have referred to the modern world as the VUCA world since 2015: Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous. Today’s business environment is even faster, less predictable, and more complicated. Organizations must implement faster changes and become more adaptive, which affects employees’ sense of security and causes anxiety. Leaders face new challenges in working with people—this will be the subject of my presentation.

Justyna Kliombka-Jarzyna – Psychologist, trainer, mentor, and coach with 25 years of experience. She has spent about 40,000 hours in training rooms and has run a trainer school since 2013, preparing nearly 150 trainers. She supports managers in becoming leaders and has overseen complex development and HR projects. She also supports employees at Samsung R&D Institute, Publicis Media Groupe, and VOS Logistics. She’s a certified MTQ Plus consultant and has academic ties to the University of Łódź.
